1. User

The user referred to in this plan is the buyer as stated in the subscription document, or the person entitled to obtain the subject of sale and purchase as stated in the subscription document, or has already registered with the supervisory authority and notified the trading target of Rui Nengxin Power. Following the acceptance. If the user changes the name, in addition to registering the name of the supervisory authority, it should also notify Ruinengxin Power and complete the necessary procedures (including signing or agreeing to the necessary documents) according to the new power instructions, and enjoy the performance improvement service.

2. Service content

1. Users may use the maximum performance of the motor (depending on the vehicle/motor model) in the value-added service (hereinafter referred to as “performance improvement service”) of the performance-enhancing service when using the sales and purchase target according to the provisions of this plan.
2. Users must use Gogoro Network® smart battery for performance enhancement services that are available to users.
3. This program does not guarantee that users can obtain the subject of riding and selling on the general roads according to the data contained in item 1. Users should still abide by the traffic regulations, especially the provisions on the road speed limit and the safe distance of driving. The user shall not claim to terminate or terminate the program or request the cost of the new power refund service for the service under the restrictions of the relevant road traffic regulations.

3. During the service period

1. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the performance improvement service purchased by the user from Ruineng New Power in accordance with this plan shall be valid for one month (from the first day to the last day of the billing cycle), but the effective period of the first order is up to the plan. The end of the fee cycle. The user purchases the performance improvement service before the delivery of the sales target, and the effective period of the performance improvement service is effective from the delivery date of the sale and purchase target. In the case of non-pre-opening, the effective period of the performance improvement service is changed from the first time after the user purchases, and the GoStation® battery exchange station confirms that the Gogoro Network® smart battery is in good condition.
2. If the user does not notify the company to stop using the performance improvement service before the start of the performance improvement service, it is deemed to agree to purchase the performance improvement service of the second period according to the plan; and the user can purchase the performance improvement by the above method. service.
3. The user understands and agrees that Ruinengxin Power reserves the right to disagree with the user's purchase of performance improvement services or to purchase performance improvement services on a period-by-term basis. However, Ruixin New Power shall notify users not to purchase performance improvement services before the start of the performance improvement service.
4. The user understands and agrees that the performance improvement service is based on the user's use of the battery service. If the user is breached by the battery service contract, the user will be suspended from providing battery service, shortening the service period of the battery service, and canceling the battery service contract. This program will be suspended, shortened, cancelled or terminated early with any part of the equity or termination of the battery service contract, or for any reason that the battery service cannot continue to be used. The user is suspended by the new power of the company and does not delay the effective period of the performance improvement service.

4. Service fee

The performance enhancement service purchased by the user in accordance with the plan, the value-added service fee and the content of the plan are subject to the amount and content of the announcement or notice of the company. The user should pay the value-added service fee before the payment period stated in the bill.

5. Disclaimer

The performance data mentioned in the performance improvement service may be related to the relevant factors (including but not limited to: personal riding behavior or usage habits, knight's number and weight, road conditions, road speed limit, weather conditions, actual models of the sale and purchase target or The impact of factors such as performance error and wind speed can not reach the data shown in Item 1 of Article 2.

6. Transfer restrictions

Users may not transfer or transfer all or part of the Program to a third party except with the written consent of Ruineng New Power. Any transfer without the written consent of Ruineng New Power is void.

7. Notification

1. Rui Neng New Power is informed by this plan that, except as otherwise agreed by the parties, Rui Neng New Power may choose to use registered mail, telephone or email. In addition to the user's notice in writing, the notice of advance notice is based on the mailing address, telephone number and e-mail contained in the Ruineng New Power Customer System.
2. The user understands and agrees that, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, Ruinengxin Power is able to send an e-bill of the value-added service fee by e-mail without further mailing a written bill. After the user understands and agrees that Ruinengxin Power will send the electronic bill, it will still be deemed to have been delivered if the following circumstances occur, and if the user suffers any loss or damage, Ruixin New Power will not suffer such loss or damage. Responsible; users must apply in writing to Rui Neng New Power to reissue the electronic bill for the last three months:
   1. Due to insufficient space of the user's email address, Ruixin New Power Electronic Bill cannot complete the transmission operation or delay receiving;
   2. Due to the setting of the company providing the user's e-mail service, the Ruinengxin Power Electronic Bill cannot complete the transmission or delay the reception, or be classified into junk or advertising letters;
   3. Due to an abnormality in the company providing the user's e-mail service, the Ruinengxin Power Electronic Bill cannot complete the transmission or delay the reception;
   4. Others are not attributable to Ruineng’s new power cause, which has prevented Ruineng’s new power electronic bill from completing transmission operations or delaying reception.
3. The user understands and agrees that if the user subscribes to other services other than the performance improvement service (including but not limited to battery service, and does not limit the service that the user has subscribed to), Ruineng Power will The added service fee and the expenses incurred by other services (hereinafter referred to as “other expenses”) are combined into the same bill. In this case, the user agrees not to request Ruineng New Power to separate the premium service fee and other expenses. account.

8. Applicable law

This program shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws and orders of the Republic of China. Regarding the dispute between the user and the Ruineng New Power Room regarding this program, if the two parties cannot resolve it through friendly negotiation, the user agrees to use the Taiwan District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.

9. Other matters

1. The user understands and agrees that Ruixin New Power may modify or change the content of this program at any time. However, the company's new power should be announced to the user before the new plan takes effect, alone or in conjunction with the bill, and will become effective in the second period.
2. The user agrees to sign or seal by electronic signature or other electronic means or means, and the document signed or stamped in the foregoing manner shall be deemed to be the original signed or sealed, with the same effect as signature or stamp on paper. . This contract and attachments, as well as their amendments, additions, alterations or terminations, are also electronically filed and have the same effect as paper-based.
3. If any one or more of the provisions of this program is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this invalid, illegal or unenforceable situation shall not affect the other provisions of this program.
4. This Agreement is the sole and complete agreement of the parties to the Performance Enhancement Service and its effectiveness supersedes any prior oral or written agreement.
